Kelsey Boutte is an L.A. based professional Make Up Artist who relocated from Texas to pursue her passion for special effects artistry. She was trained at Cinema Makeup School and received awards in both beauty and character. She is accomplished in all aspects of make-up design and her extreme attention to detail reflects her ahievements in TV, Film, Print, and Stage. She has had the pleasure of working on Bryan Austin Green, Amber Rose, Rob Dyrdek, Ty Pennigton, and Jesse Williams to list a few.

2012 was filled with many exciting projects and opportunities for Kelsey.  She had the opportunity to work on Season's 3 and 4 of Syfy's reality hit show Face Off.  In addition, it was her first year joining the talented crew of make-up artist's for Universal's Halloween Horror Nights.  She also worked on Dorritos commercial Fetch, which made it into the top 5 finialists to air during the Super Bowl.  She also co-created and produced her own web series, Zombie Whisperer.  Be on the look out for her horrific decayed zombie make-ups in Episode 3, set to film May 2013.

Kelsey's work has been showcased in front of the best Hi-Def camera's that are currently being used in the industry.  She uses high quality make-up products to compliment today's advanced levels of filming and understands the importance of clean, quality make-ups in front of the camera.  Some of her kit includes Bobbi Brown, Smashbox, Makeup Forever, Skin Illustrator, RCMA, silicone based products, alcohol based poducts & Temptu Airbrushing Equipment.  Her work has been featured on such networks as Disney, Syfy, and MTV.  

Aside from her make-up career, Kelsey has an extensive background in the arts.  In 2008 she graduated Cum Laude from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Technical Theatre. Prior to that she worked on some bigger events which featured NIN, Bruce Springsteen, Jane's Addiction, & WWE.  She is also an established photographer, body artist, face painter, sculpter, & scenic artist.

This artist in demand shared his make-up and beauty tips on MSN's Style Studio as well as on his own blog, where he provides inspirational and helpful advice on his favorite products, techniques, and trends, as well as a glimpse into what drives this passionate and talented artist.

An artist in every sense of the word, Troy has cultivated his talents in creating raw glamour and has applied his experience, aesthetic, and passion to photography, Troy has had the opportunity to photograph beauty portraits and campaigns with the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Jena Malone, Mel B, Kendra Wilkinson, Kim Kardashian, Nicky Hilton, Nicole Scherzinger, Khloe Kardashian for a national PETA campaign, and Kim Kardashian for her official 2010 calendar which was taped for Kim's popular reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians". The episode entitled "A calendar for Reggie" is still the most watched episode on "E". Troy made 4 appearances on the show and made new fans who fell in love with the many looks he created on Kim Kardashian catapulting her into iconic beauty status. 
2012 has already been an exciting and busy year for Troy. This year Troy was the buzz everyone was talking about after he was invited to be a keynote speaker at the annual The Make Up Show in Los Angeles and New York where he spoke to a large crowd of aspiring make up artists and fans of his work. Troy was also a part of the glam squad team of the hit NBC TV show Fashion Star as he made up iconic beauty Elle Macpherson for every episode. 
May 2012, Troy was excited to relaunch his beauty site. Sharing his work, tips and must have products to the world. 
Currently residing in Los Angeles and New York, Troy is looking toward expanding his work on the runway, red carpet and real life. Continuing to develop as an artist both behind and in front of the camera. Bringing his experience and talent into a spokesperson role as well as creating his own brand of beauty products, and is currently developing projects for TV. "I want to be the go to guy for beauty and make up" I have been working on some exciting projects that will bring more awareness to my industry and my passion for beauty."
